Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders of $40.00 or more shipping within the contiguous United States. The free shipping threshold is calculated on the pre-tax order subtotal after any discounts are applied.

Shipping Rates

For orders under $40, shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address, package weight, and dimensions. We ship via UPS and USPS — available service levels and real-time rates will be displayed at checkout so you can choose the option that best fits your needs and timeline.

Common service options include:

  • USPS Ground Advantage — economical option for smaller packages
  • UPS Ground — reliable ground delivery, typically 1–5 business days

Processing Time

Orders are processed and shipped within 1 business day of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or federal holidays will begin processing the next business day.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Estimates

Delivery timeframes begin after your order has been processed and handed off to the carrier. Estimated transit times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Delays due to weather, carrier disruptions, or peak seasons are outside our control.

Shipping Restrictions

At this time, we ship to addresses within the contiguous 48 states only. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can track your shipment directly on the UPS website or the USPS website.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at support@homemadearomaterapi.us with your order number and a description of the issue. We will work with the carrier to resolve the matter promptly.
